A while ago my sister and her friend transported and set up a new TV for me and all the friend asked for is a crochet Liquid Soap Spitting Duck. He saw it at my sisters house because I made one for my nephew last May.
I found the pattern on Ravelry it´s called “duck-soap-or-lotion-pump-cover by Karen Zakaria”. She sells the pattern in her etsy shop and she has a blog where she shows her creations (http://balatong-balatong.blogspot.com/).
She made a lot of different variations of lotion toppers. For example penguins, a turkey, chickens and angry birds. They all look great and funny
.
Isn´t it a great idea to crochet some of these lotion toppers and put them on the soap pumps at friends places. Not to tell anyone and just wait for the reactions. “LOL” I think that´s kind of funny…
To Paul: Sorry that it took so long… But your ducky is ready now and is waiting for you at my sisters house
and thanks again for your help.
This is the one I made for my nephew and she mentioned it in her blog: http://balatong-balatong.blogspot.com/2011/05/so-flattered.html
