Free crochet Hairband by Crochetology

Standard

I found this great pattern by Chrochetology here: Hairbands Appropriating Hat Patterns

This is her original versionn and her original picture. You can see how it looks on the head. I think it´s very pretty:

Instead of the grapes I made the rose brooch so I can war the headband with or without the flower.

I used 100% Mercerized Cotton and a 2,5mm Hook.
31 grams for the headband and 19 grams for the rose.

Free crochet pattern: ♥ Tiny Little Hearts ♥

Standard

I´m working on another new pattern. It will be named “Bee mine”. I designed a little heart that I needed for it and I think it´s so quick and easy to make and can be used for so may things… Like making a card, attaching it to a gift or sew it to your stuff.

So I thought I would share it with you :D and here it is: a tiny little pattern for tiny little hearts!

♥ Tiny Little Hearts ♥

For the hearts on the picture I used a 4mm Hook and they are about 2 cm.

  1. ch 2, sc 9 times in first ch, close round with slst to top of ch 2 (= 9 sc made)
  2. slst in next sc, work 5 sc in next, skip 1 sc, sc in next, (sc, ch 2, sc) in next, sc in next, skip 1 sc, work 5 sc in next, slst in next, FO. Weave in ends or leava a long end for sewing onto something

Your tiny little heart is ready ♥♥♥.

Waiting for Spring…

Standard

I´m so fed up with this cold, wet and dark weather. I can´t wait to see the sun again and nature coming back to life. I WANT SPRING!!!

I found this absolut beautiful wall hanging on Lucys Blog (Attic24). She named it: Happy Flower Decoration.

When I saw it this morning I decided to make one to attract Spring. So maybe it will come sooner ;o)

This is my version and I call it: WAITING FOR SPRING

Floral Fantasy Valentine Heart by Cheri Mancini

Standard

Last year in february I found pictures of an awesome crochet heart on flickr and fell in love straight away. LaceCrochet designed them herself. I kept going back to her pictures to awww and ohhhh about the little beauties… I have to show them to you: Designed and crochet by Cheri Mancini

Aren´t they beautiful? <3<3<3<3<3

And then a few days ago I couldn´t beliebe my eyes… She wrote a pattern for them and uploaded it to http://www.ravelry.com/. And she offers the pattern for FREE. Yes, it´s unbelievable, isn´t it?

I was so happy and had to try it straight away. I never tried the bullion or roll stitch before so it was a bit difficult for me to make these. But with a little practice I´m getting better and made two little hearts that I can show you:

So if you want to give it a try and make these awesome little hearts for Valentines day here is a link to the free pattern: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/floral-fantasy-valentine-heart

Thank you so much Cheri for sharing this pattern with us. I´m still absolutely in LOVE with it!!!
